A: Yes, all of our products are gluten-free.
Q: Can I take your products while I’m breastfeeding or pregnant?
A: If you are pregnant or nursing, we recommend that you ALWAYS consult with you doctor before taking any of our products.
Q: There are so many different types of collagen products. How do I know which ones are best for me?
A: It depends on your personal preference and how. For example, if you’re a shake drinker, our collagen powders would be a great choice for you. If you are on-the-go, our Beauty Shots or Beauty Bubbles would be a good option for your lifestyle. Additionally, our collagen products are also made from different types of collagen with different amounts in each, so we encourage you to check the fact panel for further details. Q: How long does shipping usually take?
A: Our products typically ship between 2 - 3 business days of ordering. It may take up to 5 - 7 days to deliver depending on your your location. Keep in mind that this is subject to change and backordered items might take longer. For more information about individual orders, please email email@example.com.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: As of now, we only ship within the US. We encourage you to follow us on Instagram (@evolution_18) for updates on international shipping being available in the future.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you place an order and want to cancel it, please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. There is no guarentee your order can be canceled, but our team will look to see if it was processed yet.
Q: What’s the return policy for EVOLUTION_18?
A: We understand that things might not always work out. We kindly ask that you contact us if there are any issues with your order or the products within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please send an email to our customer service team at email@example.com and include your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, to help you resolve any questions or issues that you may have.
Please note that certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee and in all cases, shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for covering the charge of postage to return back any item. We reserve the right to change or amend this policy at any time.
