5 Tips To Feel Less Bloated Right Now

Let’s be real — it’s not a perfect world, and we don’t all have perfect bodies.


Sometimes I find myself in the back of my closet (in the section where I keep my clothes that are one size up from my normal size) trying to find something to wear, to find something to hide a bloated stomach.


It can happen after a vacation or during the holiday season when it’s extra easy to overdo it. Champagne, sugar, salt and more can leave you feeling bloated and sluggish.


 For me, it even happens when I’m eating as clean as possible — I feel like I end up bloated at times for no apparent reason.


In this article,  I want to share 5 tips you can use to feel less bloated right now.


These tips will help you after a big meal, an upset stomach, or just to fit into your little black dress or pants.



 Tip 001: Drink Plenty Of Water 


I carry a big water bottle with me and make sure I drink 2 full bottles a day. If I’m dehydrated, I always feel bloated.


You need to flush all of the sweets and bad stuff out to start feeling better. My favorite hack is to prepare a hot water thermos with herbal tea. I mix peppermint and dandelion and try to drink eight glasses a day to get the job done.


Peppermint aids digestion, and dandelion flushes out your liver. You can put a little ice in your hot tea to drink it more quickly. Do not use sweeteners. I even created a product, Debloat in my new line EVOLUTION_18 to help with this specifically.

And one way I pay for it is with feeling a little extra bloated. So a little bit of sweets is fine, but if you have an event you don’t want to feel bloated for, or just want to feel your best, I recommend limiting the sweets.


I try my best to replace sweets with a good healthy alternative. 


For example, instead of Chocolate Cake, I'll have a small bite of Dark Chocolate. 


I'll often mix up some Energizing Chocolate with some hot water, Beauty Collagen Powder, and it takes away my sweet tooth, gives me some protein to fill me up, and stops me from eating something that will make me bloated.

My stomach doesn't respond well to raw veggies, so I have to cook mine. I either make them roasted, grilled, or steamed. 


All you need is a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, and maybe a little lemon. Simple is better.
